Rated 1 out of 5 by everwys from Stains easily and shows everything I have had my deck installed for under 3 months and it's covered in stains in spite of me hosing it off regularly and occassionally scrubbing it on my hands and knees. No idea how this is supposed to have a 30 year stain warranty when I can't even go 3 months without hours laboring to get it clean. For as much as I paid for this product, I am incredibly disappointed and would not recommend this product. I have the whitewash cedar so it's light color which is less forgiving with stains. I never review products but felt it was too important not to share this information.

Rated 4 out of 5 by DBud from 2 years in... Bought and had installed in the fall of 2016. Holding up well. Still very pleased with the purchase. I have noticed that damp areas that don't get direct sunlight in the fall and spring seem to develop some green moss /mold growth. But this can easily be cleaned off with a brush and mild soap. I've also noticed some mold growth on the cut, or open, unsealed ends of the timber planks. It was installed for me and the installer did not seal all of the open ends after cutting them to length. I sealed the open ends I had access to with the timber tech sealant. Those ends look great and do not seem to be experiencing any issues. We'll see how the unsealed ends hold up over the next few years. 25 year warranty should cover any potential long term issues. Fingers crossed!

I am in the process of doing my own deck In expresso color for my yard. Now, just like with every other product out there, this will scratch just like a treated deck will and a more expensive hardwood deck. The capped deck boards takes the abuse much better than other brands out there. If you experience a mushroom effect from your deck screws.. this is completely an installer problem! reach out to them! If you order this deck from any big box store, expect it to arrive in terrible condition, at that point, it has gone thru too many hands and damage is unavoidable. Home owners- STOP buying the materials yourself's in the effort to "save a buck" let the contractor deal with the handling of the material so you end up with a high quality, defect free product. This is why we as contractors avoid homeowners trying to micromanage part of the job they are hiring us for. Keep up the excellent work TT!

The plugs mushroomed and the plugs are a lighter color so they don’t match the deck boards at all!! Needless to say we will be tearing it off and replacing it with a better product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Big E from Be Very Careful with this exact Tigerwood product We were told by our Contractor ,"Plum Summer in Reedville Va". that this product was a cooler product than other composite materials. July 4th it was 94 degrees outside and the decking was 157 degrees. You cannot even tolerate that tempeture to move more than 6 feet before buring one's feet, I did it.Its absurd. Get a lighter color and ask what bulletins the manafacturer has put out about the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Robert from Love the texture of this decking! I have had this deck for about 1.5 years now. I was originally worried about my 3 dogs scratching the finish. That has not been a problem at all. The surface is very durable.
