Easy application and Easy clean
Every three year we power wash and apply the One-Coat Exterior Waterproofer to our deck. It is a but more work applying it using a pad/brush vs a sprayer, but given the low order and finished look we are very happy with the results.

Works well but very expensive
Product works well coated nice. Time will tell how long it last for the money. It was twice the price as the standard Thompson water seal hopefully last that much longer.

Good sealer but not exactly clear
I’ve used this product for my pressure treated deck and fence for years. It last about 3 years on a fence before needing another top coat. It doesn’t last as long on flooring especially if it is exposed to sun and rain, but tried other brands and find this one works best. See pics for color before/ after application on treated wood.
