The 1/4" perforations allow for excellent drainage. Resistant to oil, grease and most household chemicals, each tile is interlocking and is built to sustain extreme weight.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Maria-Katriina from Check dimensions carefully I have been using these tiles on my south-facing verandah. They stand up to the worst extremes of weather that we face out here on Salishaan Island. However, at some point in the past year, the material appears to have been reformulated from a flexible grey-black rubber compound to a stiffer, much less-flexible hard plastic. The tiles' dimensions have changed from 45 cm square to 45.3 cm square. That difference adds up. I still tentatively recommend these tiles, with the caveat that I do not know how their performance will change after apparent reformulation of their material.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Only1 from Double Garage Floor After cleaning, washing, drying the garage floor a penetrating sealer was used on the concrete. Once this was dry the tiles were laid down covering approx 440 sq ft. This took only about 4 hours including the cutting (I used a rubber mallet to lock tiles together and a pair of snips to cut the tile) . Anyone with a little patience and not afraid to tackle a project can install these.
