Not satin nickle
I was excited to find this product on your site as i needed additional pieces to add to an existing washroom. When my installer opened the package he discovered the style was identical but finish was not brushed nickle. The inconvenience of returning and reordering was too much so we installed the one received and chalked it up to experience. Disappointed but better than any other available option.

Wrong size screws
The screws are too long to fit into the cheap drywall anchors which means it can’t be secured to the wall. When you try to remove, just makes a big hole in the wall :(. Stay away or buy different drywall anchors.
