There's a little screw missing that attaches to the base of the part that affixes to the wall -- because I don't have it I don't know exactly what it should look like size-wise. Can you please help?

The packaging is not good, we almost lost one of the screws. They should always include an extra one. It's called a set screw and we think it was about 1/8" in diameter and about 3/8" long, with a slot in the top for a tiny screwdriver. Lowe's should have these in their store, I would think.

Rated 5 out of 5 by marwi from Love these towel rings! These towel rings are very classy looking. My husband found them easy to put up, but he switched out the supplied anchors for standard anchors because the ones that come with the ring make a very large hole if you ever decide to remove the ring and push the anchor into the hole to patch and repaint the wall.
