Can this be mounted with the bottom facing left and right?

Is this the correct picture for this item? The matching Taymor Qube Towel ring has sqaured edges but the item in this picture has a rounded tubular look. I have also seen this TP holder (02-D2348) on the Taymor site and it seems to have squared edges.

Stylish. Sturdy
Solidly built. No squeaks. Does what it's supposed to. No complaints at 9.99. The Qube one in store has square edges for the roll holding arm and looks better than the rounded one in the Lowes photo. Scanned at regular price but staff checked the website and corrected to clearance price.
