Rated 1 out of 5 by AB Handyman from What a piece of crap This is the first and last Taymor product I will ever buy. If the nearest Lowe's wasn't 90 minutes away I would have returned it. Both ends of the towel rack were poorly cast, I had to file off the high spots so that it would sit flush against the wall. Also had file one end near the set screw so that it would fit over the backplate. Taymor provides crappy little screws, but they are nice enough to give you the hint in the installation instructions to put some caulking behind the backplate to help hold it to the wall. Used my own proper screws into studs. The set screws feel soft and cheap and use a flat screw driver rather than an allen wrench that better products use. Say away from this crappy product.
