Rated 4 out of 5 by Alaskan-Gussuk from 1/4" hose with coupler I bought 2 of these so I could do the entire roof on my house without moving the machine around. I had a leak at the coupler (Aluminum) that came with the hose. They are stamped 14mm on one end and 15mm on the other. This is the bore both have 22mm threads on the outside. I'm not sure why they make one end bigger unless the 3/8" hose has a larger end. Anyway it leaked. My hose has a 14mm diameter and so do these so the 15mm bore end was a problem. I had another coupler so I swapped it out. Leak stopped. They do seem to kink easily too so don't just go tugging on it without looking as the kinks don't seem to come out very easily?

The outer covering wore through where it touched the porch rail leaving black marks and blew a hole in the hose. I only cleaned about 6 feet of an 8 foot wide porch. Returned it and purchased another brand.

Rated 4 out of 5 by RandyB from Nice extension hose I was a bit skeptical about this hose at first based on the other reviews, but decided to give it a try knowing that I could take it back if it broke after a few days. That being said, I use it with a Troy Built 2800 psi washer to wash my cars. I have used it to wash three cars three times, so nine total uses. It still works great and I do not see any of the signs of wear that the other reviewers complain about. It is being drug across the cement of my driveway, so it has minor scuffs...but nothing major. It gives me the added length to wash an entire car without having to have the pressure washer really close to what i am doing. The hose adapter fit nicely with the hose that came with my washer to make a longer hose. The new hose was a bit more snug than the original when I was connecting it to the washer, but it did eventually go on...it just needed a little extra force. I may try it turned around or put then new hose on the wand end to see if that makes any difference. Overall a nice hose that fits my needs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Dave from Very poor quality. Lasted 6 hrs. and busted Had to replace my hose on my Husky 2600 psi pressure washer after 18 yrs of use. Had a gift card to use so I bought this hose since it had many 4 star ratings. Hose is stamped rated to 3200 psi. I pressured washed my paver laid driveway for about 5 hours and when finished I noticed hose had several places where the covering was already worn off. Today was my second time to use and it blew a hole about foot from end after 30 minutes of use. I bought this hose 8 weeks ago. Don’t know if Lowe’s will stand behind it or not, but I will have to replace with something better. If your cleaning job is on concrete, pavers, or asphalt be aware it will not stand up to any abrasive materials.

Can't connect it or disconnect it from the washer. The ends were chewed up due to pliers. Bought this new hose and some quick fit fittings and what a wonderful difference. Don't know why I waited to do this. Original hose... dumpster!
