Objectively best rust-remover product in Canada!
I rarely review products, but can't pass this one up. I work as a metal fabricator near Hamilton. My job doesn't usually consist of rust remediation insofar as I apply paint, too... but sometimes it does. I don't have enough of this work to warrant opening an account with one of the big industrial/MRO supply houses. But I still need the quality of their products. This is about the only product available to average joe walk in customers that can do what they do. Objectively, it's one of the best products out there as it uses phosphoric acid to remove rust, etch clean metal, and in both cases, leave a phosphate coating that both serves as a sacrifical rust barrier should the paint be scratched, and work as a primer for the paint itself. Thyis is also a great, cheap alternative to POR15's "Metal prep". They are the exact same chemistry. Unfortunately, Rona + locations do not carry this product.

Waste of money
Doesn't work any better than vinegar. Wire wheeled a jeep floor. Applied twice. Etched the bare metal but didn't touch the rust.

Ideal pour vis de carrosserie, rondelle et boulons
Après avoir essayé des trucs maison à base de vinaigre, bicarbonnate de soude, coca, citron, gros sels, etc, je parvenais a enlever la rouille Après une heure de trempage mais ça revenait en surface en une journée. Le derouilleur m'a surpris j ai laisser trempé une heure, sécher avec alcool a bois et ça reste beau. Vraiment efficace comme produit. Conseil de vaporiser wd40 ou peinturer une fois sèche pour resultats durables.

Excellent product
Easy brush on application and water rinse. Some light wire brushing to open up heavier encrusted areas. Costs almost half of products I had been using and worked far better. Attached pictures speak for themselves. Left the last application on without rinsing and have stored for 2 years without further rusting.

A must step in undercarriage job.
I've buy it a couple of time and it is the best product I know to remove a certain amoung of rust and pre-prepare steel( car undercarriage steel I mean) before using a rust converter on needed spots and a antirust paint. I use it pure from the bottle in a industrial resistant hand spay. Dont forget to stop the process avec 15-20minutes by rinsing for a minute and airdry with a air gun after. It is cleaning a lot of rust after you 've brushedyour steel surfaces and start in many spots the rust converting process. A must in a undercarriage rust treatmen job.t A good value for the money.

I usually don't write comments unless that item is excellent or very bad. After researching many product, I chose this one, because it says its unique formula can remove rust from metal surfaces. After sanding and clean all dust, I followed all instructions and applied this product directly on metal surfaces, but it didn't work. I did again still not work. The label says waiting around 20 minutes, I even waited for overnight; after three times 95% of original rusts still exist...Don't waste your time and money, move on another product..
