Wear gloves
First of all I ordered this online and delivered by Rona. Staying home and all that necessary safety stuff. It came wrapped up like a tightly wound mummy in multiple layers of black plastic and tape. Not impressed. It telescopes nicely and the swivel head pushes the snow off but the scraper end chewed up my hands a bit. So wear gloves and you’ll be fine. It seems sturdy enough. Apart from the juvenile that wrapped it, it’s very good.
