I also have a question on the diameter of the pole. I need to fit it into an existing table. 3.8 doesn't say much and it looks ore like 2 inches.
What is the umbrella pole diameter? It says 3.8 but no unit is given? Is that supposed to be cm?

Loved it until....
I have had this umbrella for close to 2 months now. It was great until I tried to turn the handle to lower it and the handle broke! I am very disappointed as It was a great umbrella. What a waste of money
