Not as pictured
Loved the look of this planter in the pics on site as it looked like a solid piece. My pot had loose straps and each plank/ piece could slide around within the straps, sometimes leaving gaps. Will have to spend some time tightening to make it functional. Shouldn’t have to do this on a $50 pot.

Real wood
Planted bare root roses in the pots, I bought six for accent features. They are solid and have a great scent much nicer than the resin pots. They do scratch easy so if that’s an issue for you I wouldn’t go with them. Everyone that sees them loves them and wants to know where I got them.

I bought this a month ago. I dont think it is really from a barrel as the wood is thinner than that of a barrel. I's say it's a planter made of wood. However, it is exactly as in the picture and does the job so no complaints.

Great price
Live the look of these. They required a little tightening, but nothing too serious. I was looking at something similar at a local greenhouse and they were double the price, so I am very happy. Great addition to my deck.
