This was a wedding gift. Quality and style are great however I’ve assembled and dissembled multiple times because the swivel feature doesn’t work. The pedal hits the plastic cover before releasing the swivel mechanism... am I missing something??
Do the sand bags go inside the base? Or do they sit on top? I really don’t want to see them!

They are nice
I used to buy this product from Lowes but our umbrellas were old and they fade over time so when I saw it at Rona we bought 2 to place on our patio.

Sturdy and functional
We bought this a few weeks ago and it works great. My husband did the assembly, but he did not seem to struggle with it. The crank and the levers etc all work nice and smoothly, the ease of adjustment helps keep the area shaded.

Conflicting info
The box says the base can be filled with water. The description on the website says the base can be filled with water and sand. The instructions in the box say to only use sand. The option of water was the main selling feature for us as it allows for easy emtying for moving and winter storage. Despite how the product is described, the weight bladders DO NOT HOLD WATER. Otherwise the product seems to be well designed and constructed. Time and weather will tell us how much it can withstand. The instructions for assembly are difficult to follow as the pictures are miniature.

Very good umbrella
Very good umbrella had ours for about four years we had the 11 foot round bright red over the years the bright red did however fade a lot due to the bright sunshine and until recently was good. A strong wide storm blew up quickly and did blow it over braking two of the internal canopy arms and punching two hole through the canvas canopy I wish there was away to purchase just the upper part of the post and canopy I believe it is part # M
