Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed in Sarnia from Disappointing The stitching on the netting at the zipper is very poor and the fabric is bunched up. The fabric loops to hold the netting are tearing and so far 3 have fallen off. No quality control! The stitching on the zipper is very poor and the material is bunched up. Purchased a month ago, curbside pick up and it was put up about 2.5 weeks ago. Our last gazebo from Allen and Roth had metal loops and we loved it. The only reason we bought a new one was because we could no longer purchase the outer panels. Should have read the reviews and usually do. So disappointed and frustrated. Now I guess we deal with Allen and Roth.

Rated 1 out of 5 by procco7 from Damaged at the factory level I purchased this gazebo about a month ago and began assembling it this morning. The box that it came in was intact and there was no indication that the product had affected by transport or handling. I carefully removed the parts from the box and began assembling the gazebo, only to find that two of the crossbars were horribly damaged. This must have happened at the manufacturing level. Each part was sheathed within a plastic wrap and each wrapping like the box did not show any signs of damage. One of the tracks will not allow the curtain to be closed. On the other piece the track was twisted back and the crossbar is bent.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Sumy128 from Disappointed I bought this Gazebo last week and put it up. It rained for the first time today and I go out to check on the gazebo and my couch is all wet. The rain water is dripping inside, from what im assuming, the holes on the edges made for who knows what. Im very disappointed because it is not what I expected for the price. If I hadn't already spent hours trying to put it up I would have returned it. I had a few friends asking for Gazebo suggestions for this summer and I will definitely not be recommending this one to anyone. I've attached pictures. You can fully see the lines of water dripping from the fabric. Smh

Rated 1 out of 5 by rockin from Very Disappointed We bought this Gazebo last summer. It definitely is a one year Gazebo. After much trouble we removed the top as directed to preserve the canopy for next year. This year after trying to reinstall the top, the fabric is very brittle & faded which ripped along the seams during re-installation. I would not recommend this to anyone that needed a Gazebo. The quality is that of one that is good for only one occasion. Once used dispose of the top and install new. I would definitely spend the extra and buy the hard top. Material is junk !! Try and find replacement= a pain in the butt enough said !!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Discussed I bought this a month ago just set up today Sunday May 29th and im so upset the curtin does not line up the zipper is not centered the fabric to go on the pole does not reach each end and the screen is put on and it doesn't match up eather called the 1800 number and absolutely no replacements I have to take it back and get a exchange or get a fefund this gazebo is absolutely the worst ever do not buy this

The netting at the top does not stop the rain from coming in a soaking everything. The robins also don't mind pushing it aside and building their nest inside. There are small holes that have appeared. Our deck is 12x12 and the feet covers go right over the side of the deck so make sure you have a larger space. it NEEDS to be drilled down. The wind WILL pick it up. I wish I got a hard top!

However, the fabric has faded badly after only 1 month. Instead of charcoal grey, the roof is nearly blue. Very disappointed.
