Where is it manufactured? I’ve had thin metal ones from China and don’t want another that warps with even a small fire in it.

I checked this yesterday at the Kenaston Store in Winnipeg. Very thin gauge metal. Might last two seasons. Grill will definitely warp as I've experienced with a previously purchased one from here. If you have only an occasional fire it's fine. .

Je vais me chercher le même foyer prochainement. Cette fois je le couvrirai contre les intempéries et je percerai quelques trous sur le fond pour permettre un drainage d'eau si jamais... Très satisfait, bon rapport qualité/prix.

The size is just right for ample flame to light up the yard and heat those around the fire. CONS: The pan has no holes and therefore rainwater puddles. The unit will likely rust quickly. The door and hinge is flimsy.BOTTOM LINE: For $99 on clearance it was a great buy and hopefully will last a few seasons.
