What is the length that each recepticle and bulb hangs down from the main cord. Looks like 4 - 6 inches or something ?
Thank you for inquiring. From the top of the hook loop to the bottom of the socket it is 6 inches. And with the S14 bulb installed it’s just shy of 8 inches.

Love the lights but the power supply is garbage
The lights and cords are of good quality but within a year and barely any use the power supply stopped working. I contacted customer support and they never replied. Wouldn't recommend this product just based on their service.

Felt controllers failed within four months
We bought two sets of these lights in late May 2020. By September of October, both power supply/controllers had failed. With one, the lights constantly flashed on and off. With the other, the lights would not turn off. The remotes seemed to work OK. The strings and lights were fine. With the failed power supplies the string lights are useless.

Colours are off, and lights won’t turn off
Bought 4 sets last week, connected 2 sets with 1 controller/power supply. Light colours are off, I can tell because one set has a different colour then another set. Remote worked once with the controller, however after playing with the different modes (dim, speed, colour pattern), the remote stopped working, when pressing “off” button, lights just became dimmer and not off. Thought the remote wasn’t programmed properly, so pressed the button on the controller, same. Tried to reset the remote, lights won’t blink 3 times like the manual indicated. Same issue with all 4 controllers.

Great lights
easy to put up, very heavy duty cord, remote control is a great feature, they are bright enough without being to bright. Colour change is cool . Dimmer feature is also a plus.

The power supply / controller failed
bought on July 2021. The power supply / controller unit failed after 5 months. The lights blink rapidly at a very low luminosity. Even if the power button is turned off. And replacement parts are not available. Garbage.

Love them!
We bought these for our deck and we absolutely love them. Great addition to the decor and so easy to install. The kids love them to because they change color and have different sequences.
