Hello, when I got this only one light worked, wondering if maybe it just needs more energy or is broken??

My thought would be that it is broken, ours was charged and the whole string worked right away and is still charging and working ..

I only had an issue figuring out the on/off switch until I discovered that you have to flick it on and off, not push it to the inside. This item is worth the money because it’s a mood saviour.
