Description
Smart electronic non-programmable thermostat for heating cable. Max 3840 Watts, 240V, white. A thermostat for heated floors that can control the temperature of a room either from the data provided by the floor or by the ambient air. Any pressure applied on one of the buttons will turn the backlight on. The thermostat can be locked to prevent it from exceeding the selected temperature. Stelpro does everything to ensure that you are as comfortable as possible.

Controls problem fixed by user
We had the same problem mentioned by others - the controls freezing up preventing up or down adjustment. I seem to have fixed it by turning off the power to the heater for an extended period of time. This reset everything to the default factory settings and now the controls work normally. Much relieved not to have to go through the warranty returns process. Clearly though, Stelpro needs to look into this glitch.

Thermostat défectueux
J’ai fait installer un plancher chauffant avec thermostat Stelpro il y a 3 ans et demi. Le thermostat a cessé de bien fonctionner la semaine dernière. Il y a 5 degrés de différence entre les températures affichées pour le plancher et la température ambiante et la température réelle. J’ai vérifié les commentaires concernant ce produit et très peu de personnes sont satisfaites de ce produit Stelpro.

It broke after 8.5 years
It worked for 8.5 years and then just broke. The floor wires are fine but the thermostat just doesn't provide any output to wires.

J’avais lu les commentaires alors j’ai beaucoup hésité avant de l’acheter. Comme mentionné dans les autres commentaires ce n’est pas un article de confiance, mon thermostat a arrêté de fonctionner 3 jours après l’avoir installé…

C’est triste pour une compagnie Québécoise
Installer 2 thermostats cuisine et salon avec les fils chauffants Stelpro
depuis Septembre 2018 j’ai changé chaque thermostat une fois par année
Celui de ma cuisine vient de lâcher à nouveau
Très déçu
