The Square D QO Hot Tub/Pool/Spa Pack includes a QO Type 3R non-metallic loadcentre and a 50A GFCI. The GFCI includes exclusive VISI-TRIP indicator provides highly visible red indicator flag for easy identification of tripped breakers. These GFI products provide protection and switching for outdoor circuits such as hot tubs, fountains, swimming pools or spas. For contractors, remodelers and homeowners requiring a durable outdoor loadcentre and GFCI, the Square D Hot Tub/Pool/Spa Pack will meet their needs. 3 Wire 120/240Vac, 50 amp 2 Pole QO GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) factory installed in loadcentre. Unique side hinged door for easy access. Extended mounting bracket permits quick pilot hole drilling and Hole spacing for brick mortar joint mounting. Ideal for indoor or outdoor applications.

A couple of the switches clicked off and I can’t get them back, can’t also get the test button to stay in?? Help please!
It’s likely the breaker has failed. Mine only lasted 6 months. Faulty item, see the other reviews with the same problem.
