To my disappointment, there were many minor damages right out of the box, as the product is very heavy and difficult to pull out, we had to cut the cartoon in order to take out everything, after a quick discussion we knew we had no option but had to assemble it. It very sad that all the damages happened to be at the front which is very obvious. This is my first south shore product and I really disappointed by the fact that the product wasn’t protected well during transportation.

I ordered the winter oak and it's a beautiful addition to my bedroom. Packed very securely during shipping so there were no damaged pieces. I would have ordered the matching dresser but it wasn't available at the time and ordered another one of the same color.
