It includes one set of mosquito netting which also works to reduce wind and sun exposure. Ideal for any backyard space!

- A double roof has been added to our first version for better ventilation
- Two-track system receives the black nylon mosquito net with brown edges which is already included and the privacy curtains which are sold separately
- No need to store the roof away for the winter, only take away snow from the roof
- Eight solidifying bars are added on each corner for better stability and sturdiness

12'x12' is that the outside of the roof? Just wondering how much the outside of the posts is cause I have 39x40 inches for the outside of the posts.

Is the hook that's included string enough to hold a ceiling fan?

The Genova II 12x12 is a regular height sun shelter, so you would need the regular winter cover for this model.

Instructions were easy to follow. You definitely need 2 people to assemble it. A few of the pieces were bent but we were able to bend them back to the correct spot.

Great gazebo
This gazebo was a great purchase. Was easy to set up with instructions. The only down fault is that in a Canadian winter you get a build up of snow and ice on the edges and I had to add additional screws to hold the lower edges as they were pushing away.

Looks great
Once bolted onto the deck, very stable product, otherwise the metal itself if fairly light. Takes two people to install the roof portion.
