Rated 1 out of 5 by Snowie09 from Overpriced And Not What Is Pictured This was my first purchase at Lowes, and I did the purchase online. I found what I was wanting in this product, as it was pictured, and placed the order on-line. I received a phone call back very soon and picked the item up the following day. I live in a rural area so the drive was well over an hour to pick this item up. I had my wife do it, and I was shocked when she returned home with the item to find out that there were no nuts included which is clearly shown in the photo for this item. So I paid $7 per bolt for this two-pack, and it included no nuts, as shown in the picture, making them basically useless. I had to spend time going to three different hardware stores finding nuts for these, and when I finally found a place, they were $0.20 each, and I could have bought the shear bolts there for $2.40 each at the same time. Lowe's had one opportunity to make a good impression on me and they failed. It wasn't worth my time or money on gas to make the two-hour round-trip back to the store to return them for a refund. I've never set foot inside a Lowe's store before, and after this experience I never will. Totally dissatisfied.
