Waste of money
This product is not worth the money. I tried to use it on 4 inches of fluffy snow and it took so much effort just to push it along. It kept getting stuck, snow wasn't blowing forward and there was no wind. It also don't work in wet snow. I can shovel the driveway quicker than using this machine. Not the ideal tool for seniors.

It is a great thing mostly for someone who has bad
I really like it but have not been able to use it yet because we did not have any snow. I am waiting for the snow to come before I can try it. We are suppose to have some in the next couple of days, but it will turn into rain again,

Very useful
Used it once in heavy snowfall. I had to life it at first snow to deep then once first layer off it was easy to push.mi still need practice. As a senior I find it a little heavy bringing it out of the house but still manageable. Looking forward to using it again. Artery operated would have been better for me but too pricey.

Auger Brakes, you can't get a part
It's not difficult to damage the auger, and you can't get a replacement, I've seen other comments saying they were waiting two years. I've been waiting since Jan 22nd, 2023, Winter is over, I only got to use the device once, I hit a small branch and it broke the plastic auger. Not asking for anything free as this can happen when a branch falls from a tree and is buried in the snow, wasn't that big, a big twig. Didn't know they can't supply the part for this, it is out of stock.
I wouldn't buy this until you know replacement parts are available.

Love it but don't break it
Works well to clear pathways and deck. Have this issue : snow gets into the belt/gear mechanism and melts in there and then freezes into a block of ice and jams the mechanism. Damaged the belt and unable to buy a replacement north of the US border. Dealer does not sell parts and cannot find a replacement. Once belt will break, snow shovel will find its way to a landfill and that is far from making any sense.
