Use the Simpson® surface cleaner to cleans garage floors, driveways, patios, decks and sidewalks. Made of steel with two high-pressure rotating jets, it is rated at 3600 PSI for cold water use only. Universal to fit most brands of pressures washers and backed by a 90-day accessory warranty.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Nick from Doesn't work at all Water comes out of the jets, but the arm doesn't spin. It turns by hand, but not by the force of the water. Didn't have a chance to use it until 4 months after purchase. Simpson says the warranty is 90 days. I see that info isn't posted here online. It came as an accessory to my Simpson power washer which has a longer warranty. Anyway, my first experience with Simpson will be my last.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Lube the sprayer arm b4 first use and after use It makes cleaning driveways and decks much easier and faster. You MUST disassemble the sprayer arm prior to use and lubricate. then after each use, no directions to say that. Worked fine first day and the arm would not spin the second day. Called warranty and they sent me out a complete replacement .. Great customer service! If they only included lube instructions. I would have been really extremely pleased with the product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jack from Did not last. Used for less than five hours. Used it for less than five hours and then sprayers did not rotate. Cleaned nozzles, backwashed, and nothing helped. Checked water pressure, etc. Returned to store.

Rated 1 out of 5 by JTDE from Stops rotating after 30 mints of use It performed great till it worked i.e around 30 minutes, after that it stopped rotating. Looks like this is a widespread problem.

This tool worked so well that it cut the time to power wash the driveway and sidewalk from an all day eight out project to a two hour job with perfect results. Normally using the high pressure spray head the area comes out clean but always with some missed spots. This tool gives complete control so as to not miss a spot.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Moose from Keep the o-rings lubricated! Works well but has no filter in inlet. So far no plugged nozzles. Must keep it lubricated after non use for a month or so. I Use silicon plumber's grease.

Rated 1 out of 5 by DWILLIAMS from Waste of Time and Money I used it only 30 minutes on a normal residential driveway before it started to NOT work correctly. Only one jet was blowing strong and the other was weak and not rotating anymore. It shouldn't be plugged up that FAST.. WOW. I WILL RETURN AND BUY ANOTHER BRAND.
