Poor Quality
When I first opened the container the top layer was congealed as though it had been exposed to long before being capped. I scraped off every bit I could see then gave it a good mix, every roller application I made had at least two or three pieces of coagulated paint which slowed my priming. I think I made it about 15min before I couldn’t take it anymore!
I First used Kils PVC primer and was happy with that as it went on much thicker and had time to work with it. The sico brand primer was thin like painting the wall with 1% milk, not impressed at all

Sico way better than kilz
I used sico. Ran out and bought kilz drywall primer. Had to return it. It was terrible. Sico worked well smooth white finish. Used it in my workshop and didnt need to paint after. Looks fine to me. I don’t usually leave reviews but the other stuff was so bad I had too.

Brest primer

1 star is too high of a rating!
I’ve been doing drywall and general contracting for 15 years. I’m saying that; I have never come across a worse product. The consistency is so wet that it completely destroyed my last job because I ran out of valspar PVA and was assured in the store that this would be the exact same product. Upon opening the container, the smell didn’t seem right. After mixing, the colour was much darker than I had seen before. I should have trusted my gut and went back to return it because after applying one coat, it penetrated my tape joints and caused them to blister and bubble. Other areas where blisters appeared were all my pot light cutouts. The edges absorbed too much product and they all blistered too!15 years worth of experience and have never had anything like this happen to me. When I compared the two rooms that had failiures against the rooms done in valspar, the difference is 100% obvious. I will be filing a formal complaint against this company. When I called the 1 800 number l, their offices were closed! Your selling paint to pros who work at night and your office is closed!? What a joke. Please take my advice and do not buy this product.

Absolutely Horrible
Just tried this primer for this first time. Washed and sanded wall that already had latex paint. Applied a light first coat which just slipped off the wall. After a back roll to try and correct, the second coat created the same problem. Light coats with a sprayer so no reason why this wouldn't stick other than it is not a good product. Waste of money and probably the last time I purchase a Sico product.
