This was missing the instructions but included a bag with several screws washers and bolts that were labeled A-F, so it clearly was intended to have instructions. On top of this, several of the included bolts were different size, which was odd because there were only set of bolts that fit a given set of screws!?!? On top of all this, after finally figuring out how to assemble it, the bottom of the unit was really flexible, and flexed when the heater was shimied from side to side. It doesnt really seem all that solid and or stable. Anyways, time will tell but my first impressions have been extremely low!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Michelle from I bought this item as a anniversary gift for my parents, who love to sit outside, but typically do not do so in the late fall/winter time because it gets too cold. They used the gift very soon after I gave it to them. They have taken it out on the pontoon boat and kept the whole boat warm while fishing, but mostly they just use it out on the patio at night. My sister lives next door to my parents, and reports that they used it almost every cool/cold night to sit outside. She has also let me know that sometimes they drink too much wine, and they sit out there under the warm glow of the heater and serenade the night with music they grew up listening to. She is vowing to get revenge on me for this, as their state of inebriation is such that they are apparently singing loud enough to be heard through her closed windows. Aside from the bad juju being sent my way, it's a great product, especially on a good sale.

Rated 1 out of 5 by frustratedcustomer from Bad Design - Poor Quality The stainless steel that houses the propane tank is very thin and arrived damaged. I was able to undent the thin steel, but there is a permanent crease. The assembly was difficult as the holes and screws were not properly lined up and additional time was spent drilling and bending steel. After the entire assembly was complete and the propane tank was attached, the hose connection to the regulator leaked propane gas. The hose and regulator that came with the unit was a straight run and there is not enough room in the housing for the tank and attached hose to fit without bending the hose. I replaced the hose and regulator with a 90 degree hose and regulator. This unit was the least expensive available and is certainly not worth purchasing even at the low price.

Sheet metal top and base in all boxes were dented. Poor ignite starter. Flimsy control button. These clearly were mass produced as pandemic trends prefer outdoor gatherings. Just make them better and charge appropriately!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by South TX Reeler from Very Flimsy, hope it works for a season or 2! Well.. It works most importantly! I am very discouraged on how flimsy the entire unit feels, the tires barely work, it came with a huge dent in the door, that’s not a huge issue, but the top and all aluminum feels really flimsy and cheap! It takes a while to turn it on, and quite a bit finagling the buttons, very complicated! We got a great deal on it, but I’m not going to be leaving it on front patio very often in the weather, it will stay in the garage! There is one bonus, you can set drinks on bottom base! Ha!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Denny B from Good deal for the money, nothing fancy Bought two of these. One came out of the box with a dented base but customer service is sending me a replacement. They were easy to assemble with another person helping. Not the best designed or machined. The regulator needs an L in the line because it pushes against the door which could cause a leak. They both work well but are really difficult to light so give yourself time to get them started.

But of course it takes up more space and cost more, but also puts out more heat. You pay for what you want/need.
