It's made up of a unique mix of Tall Fescue, Kentucky Bluegrass and Fine Fescue. The result is a more resilient lawn that can stand up to the toughest conditions, even a great deal of foot traffic. This grass seed is coated in Root-Trients to help establish your lawn faster and thicker than with uncoated seeds. This custom seed mix will give you a lawn that's better able to withstand grubs and drought, too.
