Scott's Turf Builder Tough custom grass seed will help your lawn withstand the toughest conditions, including people, pets, recreational activities and pests. It's made up of a unique mix of Tall Fescue, Kentucky Bluegrass and Fine Fescue. The result is a more resilient lawn that can stand up to the toughest conditions, even a great deal of foot traffic. This grass seed is coated in Root-Trients to help establish your lawn faster and thicker than with uncoated seeds. This custom seed mix will give you a lawn that's better able to withstand grubs and drought, too.

Rated 1 out of 5 by CrabgrassLawn from It’s Tough alright- crabgrass tough!!! The grass seed took a very long time to come up (well over a week, despite daily watering). It seems only the fescue type grass in the mix grew, along with a ton of crabgrass!!! I’m really frustrated after having spent so much time watering and caring for it, to have to pull out huge areas of crabgrass. Next year I’ll need a pre-emergent too, for that. This was a waste of $. But I will say, the Scotts deep shade Mix did work very well. So who knows what to expect with this company.

One was sandy soil and the other was a mixed of black and garden type soil. In both case nothing grew out of that bag. I ended up buying the Scotts Supreme and much better result. I gave a 1 star but it should be a 0 star. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It is a waste of money

Watered regularly and the grass refused to germinate. You can see in the picture that the seeds just sat there and dried out. Had to throw most of the bag out. Waste of time & money.

Peut que je dois encore attendre plusieurs hours, mais apres environ 2 semaines...cela ne semble pas marcher pas.

Rated 5 out of 5 by grass-a from Excellent and 'tough' grass seed I have used 'tough' last fall and this spring and have had positive results both times. Even though the name says 'tough', it still requires water, care and attention in order to germinate.
