DON'T MAKE MISTAKE TO BUY THIS KIND OF SEEDS
A warning to lawn owners, if you have nice grass and want to repair burned-out spots, do not use this type of seed by accident. They will ruin the existing grass in one season. Shops that sell seeds in most cases have no idea about the product, their task is to get it almost for free and sell it with maximum profit. This little picture in the lower right corner does not show what the grass will look like, but it does show what looks like a fingernail that covers the whole picture. Funny that such marketing methods can still be found, good for children under 12 years of age.
I have wasted a lot of time to wipe out these creeping twigs of grass which rot in the ground moisture and turn into moss during the winter. Now, after what I have experienced, I am happy if I can warn others against similar misfortune.

Disappointing
I purchased 2 bags of this seed upon recommendation from my neighbor who used this grass successfully. After following all the instructions and watering twice daily, my bare spots on my lawn still remain bare after almost 4 weeks. I really had high expectations for this one.

Contaminated with turf type tall fescue
I overseeded with Scott's Relaxed, and while it had relatively little trouble germinating, it seems to contain turf type tall fescue. That is a variety not listed, and definitely unwanted.

I planted this very late fall and it still grew in the spring. I am pleased what a lovely fine green grass it is. It does grow slowly and I am going to use it to reseed existing lawn
