Rated 4 out of 5 by from Happy and will buy again I don’t understand why this product has such bad reviews cause in my case this product worked for me. I got a yard with two big cane corsos and they do damage to my lawn every year so I need to repair a lot of patches and top dress the whole yard to seed and thicken my lawn or else I got no more grass lol. I used this product for the second year now and I got to say it worked out fantastic for me everything grew in nicely and the rest of the lawn looks thick and happy. There wasn’t a lot of branches or twigs just the right amount versus amount of clean earth.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not good for lawns. Too much wood! This is not really a “soil”. It’s got way more sticks and wood and peat than any true soil. I was very disappointed and will need to remove it from the areas of my lawn where I placed it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not much lawn soil I bought 4 packs 3 days ago, I am very disappointed. I should have read the reviews before purchasing them . It is full of wood pieces and sticks but not much soil. This calibre company should be doing better quality product and let the consumers aware of it. Misleading labeling.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Reason for discount I bought 4 packs yesterday , I agree with the people who are disappointed with this product. There is no soil in it. should have read the reviews before purchasing them. How come a company like Scott's sells this low quality product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just so so There is so much mulch mixed in and quality not very good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good value Good value and spreads well on lawn…..no lumps or unnecessary fillers in bag.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolute Garbage ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! The soil (if you can call it that) was full of mulch and twigs. Was not a screened soil that is suitable for top dressing or new lawns. I can't believe this ever passed quality control especially under a big brand name like Scotts. Please don't be enticed by the good price and save yourself the time and money.
