Description
The Scotts Hydrosonic professional grade water hose saves you from the common hassles of outdoor watering tasks, with technologies designed with the user in mind. Featuring PolyFusion(R) technology that combines polyurethane and PVC components, this lightweight hose does the job around obstacles such as trees and bushes. AntiKink(R) technology provides extreme, zero-memory elasticity for minimal kinks, twists and tangles, the hose straightening itself after use. This hose is scratch and abrasion resistant and will maintain its flexibility in -15 °C weather. Crush-proof forged aluminum titanium coated couplings are wrench-free so connecting spigots and attachments is quick and easy. Finally, abrasion-resistant outer layer has a 500 PSI burst strength. Drinking water safe.

Strange!
I have two hose reel carts, they require a leader hose.
One sprung a leak today, so to Lowe’s I go and got two.
Didn’t pay enough attention I guess, it has a male and female end, one cart required both female ends, so back to return them.
Then I go to the other one, it’s got one female and one male end.
I guess caveat emptor.

Does not meet the Test
The Leader Hose was advertised as a hose able to withstand 500 psi. The male end fitting on one of the hoses blew off under city water pressure. A design fault at best and both hoses I purchased were returned for a refund

full sun heat caused connection to fail
Bought this May 2021. During this heat wave, while under city water pressure, the female connection (tap end) blew apart and I put 15 minutes of full pressure city water into my front garden, and basement. I think the full sun heated the metal enough to expand and then come apart. Don't use this where it is sunny or warm?
The attempted repair with a house clamp also failed, perhaps the parts are to slippery to grip?

Parfait pour raccorder dévidoir
Ce boyau est parfait pour raccorder le robinet extérieur au dévidoir. Premièrement le longueur de 3' est suffisante dans la majorité des situations pour faire la connexions. Deuxièmement, le boyau est très flexible et garde son diamètre meme dans une espace restreint et avec plusieurs S.
Vous devez connectez l'embout de métal au dévidoir en premier et ensuite l'embout noir au robinet c'est plus facile de cet façon.
Troisièmement le diamètre est de 5/8, c'est bien surtout quand ont utilise un boyau a jardins de 5/8.
La seule utilisation pour se boyau de 3' est vraiment de raccordé un robinet extérieur a un dévidoir fixe, personnellement je ne vois pas d'autre usage.

Extremely cheap, 2 different hoses both failed at the coupling causing flooding in my yard. definitely not heavy duty as advertised
