Description
Main lugs loadcentres typically are used as an add-on load center and is connected to the service entrance loadcentre when spaces for more circuits are needed or when a main disconnect is located elsewhere. It does not contain a main breaker. 8 Spaces, expandable to 15 circuits maximum with the use of QO Tandem breakers. Type 1 Indoor Enclosure with surface mounted trim. CSA approved for vertical, horizontal or inverted mounting. Accepts aluminum or copper conductors. Main Wire Size - AWG/kcmil Al/Cu: #8-1.

Does this box have a neutral bar and a ground bus bar?

I'm a little confused: This is a 100 amp panel, but the description says that the "main wire size" is #8 ... As I understand it, #8 wire is only rated for 50 amps, so how am I supposed to feed 60 (or more) amps to this thing if I can only #8 feeder cable?
It's not well explained at a DIY'er level in the description above, but the wire size mentioned is a range that the panel (and lugs) can handle - in this case from a minimum of #8 to a maximum of #1.
