I have this system and I like it but Im worried it may have too much calcium in the water.
Santevia filters add calcium, magnesium and iron to the water in just the right quantities to make your water taste great and raise the pH 1.5-2 units above the pH of the water you put into your filter. Most tap water has a pH of 7, so you should expect water from your pitcher to measure at pH 8.5-9. There is just the right amount of calcium in the water to be healthy and make the water taste great. Does it filter out GMOS?
The Gravity Water System filters industrial chemicals, pharmaceuticals, heavy metals, up to 98% of fluoride, 99% of chlorine, agricultural contaminants and adds healthy minerals like calcium and magnesium which raises the pH and makes the water taste great.

What does it filter? Please?
This is probably the best value water filter on the market. Low price, high quality. The countertop unit itself is pretty basic but the R&D team at Santevia obviously put a lot of thought into the filters. The ceramic filter filters rust, bacteria and parasites because it has a really fine pore size of 0.3 microns. During spring runoff I notice this filter turns brown and orange... Glad im not drinking that. The 5-stage filter removes a bunch of chemicals, like chlorine, herbicides, pesticides, industrial chemicals.... The list goes on. Its on their website, their NSF certified and BBB accredited. So it all checks out.
The last filter, mineral stones, puts stuff back in like calcium, magnesium and iron and raises the pH.

does it come with the dispenser?
The dispenser unit does not come with a water cooler. There are two models. The countertop and the dispenser model. The countertop sits on your counter (as the name suggests), the dispenser sits on a water cooler.

After boiling the water from Santevia, the water was not cleared anymore, the color turned light white, there something looks like calcium in it. I tried to clean up many times, but the issue still was the same. Will be healthy to drink?Please advise.
Hi Pham. The Santevia Countertop Water System puts minerals like calcium and magnesium in the water. These are inorganic minerals and are actually really good for you. The world health org says everyone should be drinking minerals in their water. Boiling the water won't change the water (remove or add minerals). So you are 100% OK! That being said, if its white after you boil it maybe you should clean your kettle... LOL!

It's not perfect
The water tastes good. It os very similar to the Japanese made Nikken, which is more expensive than this. However , the biggest downfall is that it doesn't remove fluoride which is a poison we have in Ontario , purposely added to our water.
I contacted Santeria. They said bla bla, working on a solution .... bla bla .
I am keeping it since there aren't many good systems to choose from if you have no space under the sink to install one. The filters are pricey . There is no way of telling exactly when it's time to replace either .
Good but not perfect .

Pure Tasting Water - REMOVES Fluoride
I bought this for the obvious reason Pure Water - and it delivers that promise
And also bought this on the advert of it Removing Fluoride 100% which is the Top-Part of the Middle Filter that hangs down, i will later on buy a Fluoride Detector to determine if this actually removes the Fluoride, but so far i am drinking more water.
The Water is Tasteless, Odorless, and Clear. The way Water should be.
No funky stuff added to this water, only PURE drinking Water, the way it should be.

Great tasting water!
I love this water system. The ordering process was great, everything was perfect when it arrived and it was easy to set up. It took a while for the water to trickle in but once it's in and ready to go; no problem. I even tested the water and the alkalinity was very good; 8.1 if I recall correctly. It also looks great in my kitchen.

Easier than hauling 18L jugs!
I love the concept of this system - adding in the minerals as well as filtering the tap water. I do wish the container itself was made of glass but am still happy with the product. I didn't notice any real flavour difference from the spring water I was purchasing in the large 18L jugs.

Great features!
I bought this a month ago and am happy, when I checked the PH was around 7. But I have had yet any chance to check the chlorine if it is completely removed from the water.
