Rated 1 out of 5 by Eastcoastncgal from Ice Maker Won't Last Research this product heavily. There is a lawsuit over this hunk of junk and somehow it is still being sold. Don't fall for this scam. After 3 years our ice maker started freezing up. I blame the design of having an ice maker located inside the refrigerator. Small amounts of less than freezing air gets inside the ice maker and causes it to melt/freeze/jam up. Samsung takes zero responsibility. Now once a month I have to use an ice pick to hammer out the ice block, then a hair dryer to melt out the rest. Then once it's dried completely, I put it back together. DO NOT BUY unless you don't use ice. Then it's been great.

Sleek design and definitely resists fingerprints, even with a kid who takes pleasure in putting handprints on things. Love the drawer for lunch meat, cheeses and meat. Very convenient not having to open the fridge for our most used items. I love that the buttons to adjust temp, etc is inside the fridge instead of outside where little fingers can mess with them. Ice dispenses quickly and we have never run out, even with my wife who loves LOTS of ice in her drinks. Cooled quickly after installation. Would definitely recommend this to my friends.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Regina from Cleaning fridge it is so difficult to clean this fridge!! i had meat leak onto the lower shelf. it requires taking everything out, at very questionably tight angles, and taking the shelf apart (plastic and glass are fragile!!! and pliers needed!!!) to clean. and then it all has to be put back together! mangled plastic and all. not cleaning friendly. can hardly wait to tackle the drawer fronts. and the ice machine (very slow and dinky amounts of ice) shows signs of freezing up. is there a way to clean this out???? i don't see a way to separate it. never had stainless before....gave up on cleaning finger prints. what a great product that just isn't very easy to clean.

Rated 4 out of 5 by MissLeah from Beautiful, spacious and Efficient! i really like this refrigerator. it was a breeze to set up the water system and i like the simplicity of the controls. the only thing that keeps me from giving it a 5 star is the shelves. be prepared - it is darn near impossible to clean the glass shelves. we checked youtube and there was a video explaining the process of popping out the clips so you can lift the glass...yea - not an easy thing to do and doesn't even appear to work on ours - so some food liquid is permanently stuck between the shelf and the glass....gross! this, in our opinion , is a major design flaw with the shelves. otherwise - we really like it.

It has enough space for everything from produce to gallons of dinks. The door space is amazing and so is the extra flex drawer. The drawer allows me to put trays in it when I entertain or just keep my cheeses and drinks in. The freezer drawer has lots of room as well. I like that there are seperate compartments for everything. This is the first time smudge free exterior really means it. I have not had a single fingerprint show up on this and with all of the tiny hands in the house they would have shown up on day one. I am happy with my Samsung refrigerator and look forward to many years of use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Kimberly from DO NOT BUY! this malfunctioning machine has cost me hundreds of dollars in lost food because it is broken. had support out, they tell me it's not throwing an error code, and there is nothing they can do. then support left and my water/ice was not working. it took them a week to come back and fix their mistake. the unit will read 36/0 degrees f and it is absolutely not that. unfrozen, wasted food thanks to samsung. i bought manual thermometers to check the temp. if i reset my circuit breaker, it will show the actual temp, go down to the 36/0 and might work for an hour or a few days. save your money. at this point, i'm considering a lawsuit for the thousands of dollars and time they have wasted us.

The buttons inside are a little hard to navigate but using the app to control the fridge/freezer temp is much easier to use. I really like the feature where it sends an alert to my phone if the door has been left open. My 5 year old can go into the flex drawer and get her after school snacks with ease and also the freezer. She can get ice and water herself so it’s pretty easy to use. I appreciate the adequate door space and openness of the shelves. it’s a wonderful fridge and we are happy with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sidney from Excellent refrigerator a part of my wife's dream,this refrigerator is beautiful and very efficient. it has a very low noise work, it has a big refrigerator, a big freezer with an internal extra drawer and between both there are a very useful drawer called flexzone with an intermediate temperature,nice for beers, sodas, cheese,etc. no leaks from water/ice compartment (very common in others brands). easy access to all parts due to its big doors and drawers. alarm for door open. a very useful app to refrigerator control using samsung smartthings via internet.
