So many issues
I bought this several years ago and it has squeaked since I got it. It plays music way to much and it's interior light goes off way too fast. Now after several years, the drum has a crack in it. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Good number of options
Works as expected, we have it stacked on top of the washer, and the 2 main advantages for us about this model are the number of options we can select and the notification on the phone once the cycle is completed.

Not so good
Ive had this machine for about 1.5 years and the heating element has gone out but everywhere you try to order one its not the right part so guess i will stick with other brands from now on

Terrible Dryer! Stay away
we bought this dryer brand new. our first ever new dryer. it didn't last even 2 years. i just put a new heating element in the dryer 2 months ago and it does not work again. save your money and buy something else.

Good Dryer but already having issues
ive only had my washer and dryer for a little over a year now and my dryer is already making a chirping like noise and the finish scratches super easily that ive has my dryer sheet box leave scratches before aside from those things it drys my clothes amazing and i love how they look from afar!

Steamy, in a bad way
On first use, water pooled on the floor. Tried adjusting settings, load size, etc, thinking this was user error. Water continues to pool on the floor, water comes out the knob, and comes out the seams/edges. After a few more loads with problem solving, hot steam comes out the back vent (intake?) and soaks my walls. Paint is now peeling, walls soft to touch. I'm at 5 weeks of ownership and already feel exhausted. Nice perk is it connects to SmartThings, but hardly makes up for the headache and damage. Oh, and it looks nice.
