Needs to be re-engineered
I bought this 3 months ago and it's not what I expected from Samsung.
The installation guide wasn't correct for this model, the holes were incorrectly noted on the included sheet.
The controls aren't very convenient, as there's no quick control buttons, and worst of all, the clock doesn't even keep accurate time. It's the largest and most visible clock in the kitchen and it loses roughly 1 minute every week. Hardly what I'd expect from an electronic giant, and is causing me to reconsider other Samsung purchases.

Love the blue inside and love the look of the outside also! Heats up the food perfectly! We’ve had this microwave for 4+ years and still love it! Highly recommend!

Solid microwave
This is a pretty basic microwave, not to high tech. It does everything I need it to and then some. In retrospect I wish I would have purchased the bespoke microwave just to be consistent with all my other kitchen and laundry room appliances.
