Great fridge
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Love the wide drawer! Plus 2 crispers. And I love the extra drawer in the freezer with a divider.

Buy if you like a broken fridge
This fridge has multiple issues, ice makers freezing up (see US lawsuit), compressor issues etc. After 4 years I’m putting my fridge in the bin.
Samsung will fix the ice machine for free but forget about all the other issues!

Frustrated - Bin does not fit properly
I bought this fridge back in September and finally received it on November 24, 2022. My wife was really excited for a new fridge with ice maker and water dispenser. We bought 5 other Samsung appliances on the same receipt. My wife opened the door today and the bin fell out completely and the bin broke as a result. I spoke with a representative tonight and he told me that you do not replace bins and broken parts but I have to purchase a new one.
All the other bins fit perfectly on the other shelf. I tried a different bin in the slot that the broken one fell out of and it still did not fit. This is very frustrating when I spent a good amount on this fridge. You expect me to buy a bin that's probably $100+ to try and fix the problem which it will not.

Terrible product!

So far so good!
I’ve had this fridge for a few months and I love it. Love the space and the drawers. I never wanted the French doors but I have no problem getting used to them.

Horrible Not recommended!
I bought this fridge 1 1/2 yrs ago after my 1st Samsung fridge died after a year, so within 2.5 yrs I've gone through 2 samsungs. On this model, the digital dispenser died, 3 components were replaced and still did not work, then for a supply source to be replaced done and still nothing. After 6 months of going back and forth with this headache, finally figured out it was the whole wiring system which the fridge was deemed unrepairable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER TO BUY SUMSUNG APPLIANCES. I have 5 of them and have nothing but issues since I renovated my home since 2018 - Stove, dishwasher, fridge, washer & dryer have all been through warranty since owned. Still waiting on my dryer to be fixed - will be writing a review for all these appliances separately. Samsung needs to just stick with there TV's and Cell phones only!!!

BUYER BEWARE
I purchased this fridge just over 5 years ago. BUYER BEWARE!!!
In the first year, the ice machine quit and a water line leaked behind the fridge. The ice machine was fixed under warranty but the water continued to leak. We had to have a technician to our home twice in the first year.
The water lines continued to leaked again and again, the ice machine stopped working because of ice buildup.
We are now out of warranty and our fridge is not cooling ...again. We don't even turn the ice machine on anymore.
We've defrosted it ourselves, this fix only lasts until the ice builds back up again, in our case was only about a week or two.
For the price we paid, i expected more.

Just as the title says. Fridge is only a couple years old and now we have to pay someone to come fix it.
