You will even have the sanitize cycle to eliminate pathogenic bacteria. This dryer works with the Samsung Smart Care monitoring system that lets you troubleshoot and diagnose problems using a smartphone app. It is highly recommended to use a 4 in diameter rigid aluminum or galvanized steel duct with this product. How can I vent this dryer out the side? Description says "4 way venting" but it is NOT possible. It only vents out the back.

No Regrets With This Purchase

Drying all types of bedding and other big items is a breeze due to the large size drum. My laundry time has drastically been reduced with this dryer. Best purchase l have ever made plus comes with a good warranty should l ever need it.

OK- If you are not in it for the long run

Needed service within the 1st 100 days.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the features on my dryer. I did have to have it serviced within the first 100 days, one of the relays was stuck in the open position on the motherboard. The dryer would act like it was going to start but wouldn't fully start, it's just it kick started and did nothing. It worked a few times after unplugging and plugging back in before we were able to have a Samsung tech come out. Honestly very easy process, tech was great and got us taking care of. This is why it's a 4 star rating vs 5 star. No one wants to file a warranty claim after dropping cash like this on appliances. Zero hassle claim which was nice. Everything thing was covered under the first year warranty.

My worst dryer ever
Our washer , just arrived yesterday. The very next day we try to use it. No Heat at all . After numerous time spent troubleshooting with samsung customer care , manual and youtube.com. Same result. No heat

RUN Far Away! Piece of junk!
I bought this piece of hot garbage in November 2020 and had to replace the heating element in 2022. Now it gives dc and c3 errors meaning the electrical is shot and needs to be repaired again. I am not putting any more money into this piece of junk and will never buy a Samsung appliance again.
Even before it broke, the sensors were wrong, saying clothes were dry when they weren't, leaving wet clothes sitting in the dryer. I had to only use the time dry to remedy this particular problem. Would not recommend to anyone.
