The design is beautiful, the panel is easy to use and understand, and I love to have my phone alert me when the load is finished. I stuffed a huge blanket in it and was surprised it actually fit. I only wish I could change the direction the door opens.

So not buy
I bought this just over a month and already having issues. The techs who come out are not professional at all. I asked for a replacement since I should not be having issues with this being so new. Denied. The techs are just guessing what the issue is and Samsung does not help, I’m currently due with q baby any day now and cannot wait around all day for a tech to show up or get rescheduled as I did 3 times.

Washer filter leaks when cleaning
We’ve had the washer dryer combo for about 2 months. The number of “settings” seems great but it’s excessive and rarely used. The washer has a filter on the bottom left that leaks into the pedestal that also has holes in it so water leaked all the way below the unit. Awful design. Use caution when cleaning!

Don't last
We bought this last March. After 13 months the washer quit. Now we have clothes stuck inside and the door is locked. Have the same similar issue with their dishwasher. It quit working. Imagine the frustration when it only has a one year warranty. We also have Samsung microwave, stove and fridge. Done with Samsung
