This is a great gift for someone you hate.
Absolutely the worst piece of equipment I've ever used. I can't believe you can actually charge money for these. You should be paying people to take these off your hands. Anytime you wash anything the machine immediately goes off balance. Then it promptly locks the door for about 5 minutes so you can't fix it but it continues to chirp about being off balance. Also after about 3 or so hours when your 45 minutes wash cycle is complete, it plays a "song"that lasts around a minute. Maybe longer. Just a bunch of annoying dings that won't be quiet. How about you just stop the machine? And if you MUST make a sound, just make a single ding or even two. But the "jingle" at the end of this is absolutely infuriating. There's no reason to be so obnoxious. I seriously am hoping the lead designer on these has ALS and nobody to help him. I mean really. He can eat a bag of it.

lousy washing machine
The washing machine is not functional at all, its axis is not strong enough when it spins to dry the clothes, it seems that you have to weigh each side to balance the clothes so that they do not stop, every time I wash clothes I have to arrange all the wings clothes so that the washing machine does not crash, I really feel robbed and a terrible team, the quality control of this team did not realize this, I personally hope that no one buys these washing machines anymore.

5 Star+ Premium built washing machine.
A very well excellently built washing machine from the ground up. Built to classic style standards of brands of namesake, this machine is Samsung built namesake. Excellent drum and basket guarding, fully encapsulated heavy duty drive motor, belt drive, the only thing I can see that would make this machine stellar is a recirculating pump lint trap and that will earn another star+. This machine is easy to balance and setup, super quiet and excellent washing cycles with an awesome step up drain and spin into high speed spin cycle. This machine will last a long time with proper maintenance.

Disappointed and frustrated
The size is good, and the appears is good. But loads that I do with sheets and blankets, there are always dry spots. Sometimes it's a full circle of dryness with the sheets pulled tautly. Also as a shorter person, I cannot reach the bottom of the tub to gather the laundry without stepping on a stool and almost falling in.
