Love love love
Bought this refrigerator last November and I love it! Haven’t had any issues tons of room in both the fridge and freezer and the duel ice maker is a great feature. Definitely recommend

Terrible. Awful. Do NOT Buy this fridge.
Bought this fridge at the end of November. Less than 2 months later it stopped working. Freezer and fridge no longer get cold. Had to throw out spoiled food. What an absolute waste. This fridge is terrible. I regret this purchase and at this point will need to get a new fridge. Samsung should be ashamed of this product.

Install requirements differ from industry standard
I shopped for this refrigerator online and used the "Willitfit" document on the website to verify that the unit was compatible with my kitchen. The measurements listed in that guide are compatible with those seen in an internet search as guidelines for this size of unit, and corresponded with the refrigerator that I was replacing. When the unit was installed, I was very frustrated at how extremely slowly it was reaching temperature. I referred to the abbreviated user manual that came with the unit. It specifies that the unit needs 2 inches of clearance on all sides for it to operate properly, and that not having that clearance can be the reason that the unit does not cool as expected. That means that the unit needs a 40 inch wide opening rather than the 36 inch opening specified on the website. This issue was possibly amplified by the absence of a "Getting Started Guide" that often accompanies new equipment which could have possibly provided some remedial actions. I don't know how it will perform going forward, but it has been a loser so far.

It's a big fridge!
We had initially bought the counter depth version but Samsung could not provide the inventory, so we switched to the regular depth as we had space for that. Its alot bigger than we anticipated and will take alot of food to fill, but overall no issues with the unit itself. Its quiet, looks good and does the job!

A lot of room
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is extremely large, compared to other ones. The shelves are movable, In the drawers can be removed. I love the idea of having two different sizes of ice and There’s a lot of room in it with the two different drawers. I like the LED light inside and the alarm is very helpful with small kids. The exterior of the refrigerator is aesthetically beautiful and the fingerprints don’t show
