Shelves Too Short
Who designed the shelves on this thing? They are too short for a gallon of milk or even a half gallon of juice. Yes there is one shelf that part of it slides back so they can fit, but you lose shelf space because of it. With all of my heart and soul, I despise this refrigerator and regret the purchase. There is NOT enough fridge space.

Terrible customer service
After 3 months, ice maker quit qorking then freezer quit working. After literally 4 hours on the phone talking to multiple customer service agents, a teh came over and replaced the ice maker. 24 hours later, still not workikng and now the freezer stopped working too. Called again, transferred, hung up on, couldn't understand their accent since they are not in the US nor speak fluent English. 4 days later, I now have another service appointment for 2 days from now. All of my freezer items are now in the garbage and they won't let me know file a claim on lost food until they actually fix the pile of junk unit. Never again will I buy a Samsung!

Not satisfied with the product as of yet
So far I’ve had this refrigerator for about a month and a half have had issues twice with discovering the refrigerator is too warm in there for the freezer does not make ice no issues with ventilation or anything like that it’s like or not cooling

Would not reccomend!
I bought 4 months ago and it breaks down (stopped cooling). A week for it to be serviced with a 5 minute visit only to be told parts need to be ordered. Now without a fridge for two weeks. Have to buy a small temporary fridge to keep food.

Worst Fridge ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lasted 2 weeks before it stopped cooling and the ice makers stopped. Luckily we had a back up refrigerator because it took over a month to get a refund and now it is sitting in my garage. I had to request a refund because Samsung could not get the parts to fix it. Samsung makes great phones but not refrigerators
