Freezer Chaos
The fridge is big and spacious. Slide out freezer is terrible. You have to pull all your stuff out to get to something at the bottom and the top shelf is too small because the ice Cube makers take up half your space. Unfortunately all the counter depth models samsung sell are way to expensive compared to this model. I'd stay away.

Our happy fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We persevered with our old fridge until it decided to freeze the milk and melt the ice cream ! Did a fair amount of shopping around for a new one, both on line and in stores until we came across this Samsung model. Not an impulse buy but a very quick decision once we looked at it ! Perfect size and color, depth and height ! Wanted the freezer on the bottom this time and the pull out drawers were ideal ! Two months later and my wife still smiles looking at it !

Difficult to clean
I actually love my fridge but I had a spell onto the bottom shelf and we cannot figure out how to remove the glass to clean it. I have searched for a manual online with more information than what we received with the fridge. We found how to remove the shelf but the Everything refers to removing clips at the back to remove the glass. My shelf does not have any clips. My model is RF27CG5100SRAA. PLEASE HELP!!

Awesome Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spacious and adjustable, I can fit everything I need. The dual Ice maker it’s a time saver. The Wi-Fi connectivity using smart things App makes the temperature adjustment easy. You get plenty of adjustable shelving, a vegetable drawer, gallon storage in the door, a decent sized freezer, LED lighting. The two different sized ice cubes stored in the freezer section are also a plus. the high-power cooling (high speed fan and cooling) to chill the space more quickly. For a family of 2-4, the size should be sufficient. If you’re looking for a fridge and want a lot of space, this is a great option.

Wonderful!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm in love with this refrigerator! Not only is it beautiful on the outside but its so spacious in the inside. My favorite feature is the ice maker. Now I don't have to plan ahead when making ice coffee or smoothies because I'll always have enough. Also, the SmartThings feature is great. I can change the temperature of the fridge or the freezer. I couldn't be happier.
