Great product - dirty warehouse
I bought this as a replacement as the one I had had for 14 years finally broke. The store sent me a black version - not sure if it's the same model but my dusters fit so that's fine. It's a great product and I feel that 14 years is a good life. However, this one arrived so dirty with caked-on dust both on the outside of the box and on everything inside that I was initially quite dismayed. I managed to clean everything and the product works just fine. I just think the store did a poor job in sending it out that way.
