The screw holes for the right-hand side drawer pieces did not align. After the company sent new corrected pieces, the table would still not fit together properly. The screws stripped easily and required gluing. The veneer tabletop seems to scratch easily as well but I knew that risk before purchasing. After some adjustments and a lot of invested time, the console table is together with minimal rubbing along the drawer glides. Only a select few online reviews shared similar problems and Safdie & Co. was very accommodating and responsive. For that reason, I have generously given a three-star rating.
