Will this product adhere to aluminum patio furniture without a primer?

Hi karen MR, Thank you for your question. We do recommend the use of a latex primer as it promotes adhesion and enhances hiding and is especially recommended for bare wood, bare metal, new drywall or as a primer over contrasting colors.
