How much does 1 gallon can cover? Can it be lightened (in tint) any?

Hi Lz4Blackdog, Thank you for your question. Our Rustoleum Chalked Ultra Matte Paint will cover approx. 110-150 sq. ft., but this always depends on surface type and absorbency. Our dark tint base can be tinted to 14 colours. It would be the discretion of the store employee if they can tint the colours lighter. We hope this answers your question.
