Is the sink 18 by 18

Its 18 x18 but there is a ledge for the faucet that makes it about 18x22

What is the faucet spacing?

I put in a delta faucet unit (all in one) (hot tap/tap spout/cold tap) which spans 6 ins across top of sink.  Holes are not predrilled.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Johnnie I from Tough to keep clean. The tub is fine, but after installing it I realized how hard it is to clean the corners. It's nearly impossible to keep the tub really clean.. When mfg the tub they sould round the corners to make cleaning possible.
