Can you use concrete pavers (large flat square ones) as a foundation?
Yes you can, I used them as foundation by making a patio pad.

No does not come in white !

I want to put this on a concrete back yard. Do I still need a base or can it just be on the concrete yard?
This unit has a floor that is suitable to mount on a hard, flat surface. Concrete would be good, you may choose to put in some concrete screws to firmly anchor the floor to the patio/deck as the shed is relatively light. Anchoring the floor would help stabilize the whole shed.

What size base should I build? Going to build a treated 2x4 base covered with plywood. Make it actual size of the shed 7.2' x 7.2" or make it slightly larger or smaller? (smaller maybe so rain does run onto the plywood?)
I did an 8 x 8 foundation from extra concrete block I had laying around the home. A bit larger is ideal for flexibility.

We are on north shore Lake Ontario on an exposed hill that gets high winds sometimes >100kph/60mph, especially in winter. Can this shed handle high winds like that?
We are on the bluff on the north shore of Lake Erie and have high winds as well... we have not had an issue.... this shed has been a great investment and has been extremely durable!

What size is the box for this product?

Will the shed 7ft. by 7 ft. fit on a 8ft. by 6ft. Platform.
It is 7x7 so 1 ft would not be supported by the platform. You could use bricks under the foot that's not supported.

Quick set up, looks great.
I was able to put this shed together by myself in about 4 hours, however I did need someone to push down on the roof for the last step to secure the last screws. The 2 rear corner pieces aren’t 100% flush but it’s barely noticeable. Make sure you build a level surface for this shed or you’ll have a hard time getting the panels to line up. Pay attention to 17A in the directions. Make sure the 2 small holes on the roof supports face in so you can place the brace in the proper spot! I made the mistake of not paying attention which set me back 30 minutes.

DO NOT BUY!!!!
I will get straight to the point. Somehow the screws that hold the roof to the side walls pulled out, (remember it is plastic), possibly from a wind gust. So now the walls are sticking out, the doors are pulled in and will not close correctly. Since Rubbermaid gives a nice 10 year warranty, it does not covers acts of nature. I would not have an issue with this if there was a fire, huge wind storm, etc., but not the wind that we had. I called Rubbermaid customer service and was basically told that I was out of luck. Please see the photos of the screws pulled out. Once again, do not purchase this item unless you live in an area that is free of any type of weather.

Problem getting outer door to close properly
My husband and I put up this shed with the help of a friend about a month ago. It went up quickly and seemed fine until it rained. That is when we noticed that outer door P does not shut at the top. It misses the little lip it is supposed to go into. This allows rain to get inside the shed. Door P will shut tightly if the inner door N is open, which is not acceptable. We took off crossbar HD and found that both doors would close properly if piece M is pushed up and out just a little. However, once M and HD are screwed back into place, the outer door once again cannot be secured by the small catch on the top of the door. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Were you able to fix it?

Cheaply made, difficult to assemble.
This is just a large tote box that has to be assembled. It requires at least two people to put the roof on and Lowe's does not have installers. The wall panels kept coming off the base and the wall connectors would pop off if you pushed the walls to try and get the roof panels to fit. Metal frames have a large hold in which to insert the screws to connect to a plastic part on the other side, If your screwdriver is not magnetic, the screws fall inside of the metal bar and cannot be retreived. The front gabel is held on only by 4 screws and before you can attach the top bars to connect the front to the back, the piece will flop over and the screws rip out of the plastic.

Happy overall
I liked that it came with peg board clips and holes for them. It feels flimsy until it's together properly. It's more durable and secure than the old vinyl shed I have from the same company. I'm pretty happy with the quality of all the parts. Great size for what I was looking for. It was hard to install alone and I'd recommend vice grips + clamps for anyone pursuing install alone.
A common thing with most vinyl sheds, but I wished the doors & locks had additional support. I feel like it's not very secure and I will probably reinforce it with wood behind the door and add another latch at the top.
Overall, very happy with the purchase

Nice, but didn't receive all the parts
Bar being short changed about 20 + of the 3/4 inch pan head screws, unit went together fairly easily. It isn't until you get to the roof that the "fitting well" issues arrive. The interior truss frame makes it hard to fit the roof down properly and we had to do some altering to get it to fit well. The right side door is a little too snug but with a little force closes well. I placed my shed on a base of 2 x 4's and 1/2 inch plywood. One surprising issue was when it rained, water is getting under the floor of the shed. I will work on this by caulking around the floor base. Otherwise unit seems quite solid and has already faced some torrential rains and 40 MPH winds with no real issue.

Meh...
Was expecting a little better quality but it's ok I guess. Struggled with fitting the roof on and gave up trying to make it fit perfectly. Just didn't fit quite as it should and required a minor modfication and some expandable foam in certain areas to fill the gaps to prevent larger insects from getting in. Be careful putting the screws in the plastic as it strips quite easily as the plastic is soft and/or thin in certain areas. Other than that...it's 4 walls and a roof. Wouldn't get this one again with my knowledge and would build one instead and spent the extra money.

Not a great product - but works
It is ok if you want one. But It is very poorly designed. looks like designer never installed this.
not top quality material. What disappointed me totally is not a serious thought was given to designing it.
This is one of worst products I came across in my lifetime. Not a great production from a well respected Brand.
Few caveats if you risk buying it: Assemble it as soon as you get. Assemble on perfect level surface. It does not give you room to go wrong even it tiny bit. Because it is not prefect you have to be perfect. if you are not, you will have messy storage in your backyard.
lower your expectations.
