Description
The Rubbermaid Roughneck 32-gallon trash container is designed with durable materials to withstand harsh environments, cracking, and denting. A bag cinch is designed to hold the liner bag in place and prevents it from collapsing into the container. The can has a snap-fit lid that resists the elements and keeps animals out. It also features built-in tether holes for optional attachment of the lid to the container to prevent losing the lid. The container/s easy-grip handles make it convenient to move around as needed.

Spare lids
I recently purchased the Rubbermaid Trash Can 32-gallon bins with wheels, and while the size and overall build quality are satisfactory, the issue with the lids has left me frustrated and disappointed.
The main problem lies in the loose fit of the lids. On windy days, I've lost not one but two lids to gusts of wind, rendering the trash cans ineffective at keeping the garbage secure. This has led me to explore the possibility of purchasing replacement lids instead of investing in entirely new bins.
It's disheartening to find that replacement lids are not readily available for purchase. The prospect of having to buy two entirely new bins just for the lids seems like an unnecessary and costly solution, especially when the bins themselves are still in good condition.
I urge Rubbermaid to address this issue promptly by making replacement lids accessible for customers who are experiencing similar problems. This would not only enhance the overall satisfaction of their customers but also contribute to the longevity and sustainability of their products.
In the meantime, if anyone has information on where to purchase just the lids for the Rubbermaid Trash Can 32-gallon bins, please share your insights. It would be greatly appreciated as I'm hesitant to invest in new bins.

For Bottles and Cans Recycling
We needed a container for bottles and cans recycling for our balcony. This is a good size and fits well on our 20’ balcony. A standard 120-135 litre garbage fits inside nicely. Quality is good, typical of Rubbermaid. Rona undercut the competition by $12 on this container.

Do not buy if you live in a hot climate. Mine actually melted. Four of them in a row. Melted on my patio.

Good overall…but lid is below average quality
I bought 2 of these approximately 2 weeks ago…and one of the lids has already warped and doesn’t fit properly on the can. Disappointed in the quality.

Mostly great!
I bought a Roughneck trash can about 6 years ago, and it is still in good shape. The only problem is the lid, which has cracked and split. I would just like to buy a new lid, if there is a way to order one. The can itself is still in great condition!
